What I thought: I love this series and I really can't get enough of Rose and Dimitri, but a part of me wants Rose with Adrian. There is just something about him. He tries so hard to be with her and in this book I thought it was going to happen.....

What I thought: I loved this book. I need to get my hands on the rest of the series. I'm not sure how I feel about the other books not being about Wrath...because let me tell you I loved Wrath in this book. I loved all the moments where he was unsure of himself and wasn't sure what to do about his feelings for Beth! He was just so real. J. R. Ward really did set this up beautifully for the rest of the series. The Black Dagger Brotherhood is a great group of guys that I just can't help but fall in love with.

What I thought: I'm loving this series. I fell so bad for Kristina's family and everything they go thru with her. Poor little Hunter has no clue what's going on. It seems that everyone who's life touches her's get worse then it was. Her poor mom just tries to help and all she gets is slapped in the face. In this book Kristina sinks to new lows. I mean you know she wasn't going to stop using because there are 3 books but I didn't think it would be this bad yet. My heart goes out to anyone who deals with this and their families. This series shows that sometimes the people you least suspect are the ones that go down this road.

What I thought: Besides the Harry Potter books this is my first Witch book I have read. Now it might not have been as good as Harry Potter but they were still really good. I liked that the first 2 books were all in one it made is so I didn't have to wait for book 2 at least but now I have to wait for book 3 and 4....I really hate that. I have to know what happens next. I like how the author ends these books. I started out feeling bad for Holly and Amanda and not really liking Nicole but by the end of Curse I didn't really like Holly and am starting to like Nicole...funny how that works out. I can't wait to find out where Phillipe (I don't think I spelled that right) and James fit into the story in the end. I love Jer and they need to save him! And a part of me kind of hopes that Eli will become good.

What I thought: I gave this book 5 stars!!! I love this series. I love Rose and hate seeing everything she has been going thru in the last 2 books. I felt bad for Lissa in this book and that is a first for me. I like her character but feel like she has everything so I just never felt bad. In this book it seems like everything is falling down around her. I love Dimitri even as a bad guy he is amazing and just perfect. I fell from him from the beginning but now I want Rose with Adrien since Dimitri isn't an option. I guess he wins by default.

The Awakening

What I thought: Well I gave this book 4 stars. I'm really loving this series and I can't wait to see how it ends up. Once again I'm waiting for a book to get back into the library so I can read it. I'm not very good at the waiting part but I try. I love Derek and feel really bad for him. It's can't be easy to live the life he has to live. I'm glad Cleary is there for him. I think that is his first friend besides his brother.

Crescendo

The farther Nora delves into the mystery of her father's death, the more she comes to question if her Nephilim blood line has something to do with it as well as why she seems to be in danger more than the average girl. Since Patch isn't answering her questions and seems to be standing in her way, she has to start finding the answers on her own. Relying too heavily on the fact that she has a guardian angel puts Nora at risk again and again. But can she really count on Patch or is he hiding secrets darker than she can even imagine?

What I thought: Well I love this series and there better be a book three!!! I gave this 4 stars but it should probable be 4.5. I won this book and it is not out yet and I have to say I liked it so much that I will probable go out and buy it when it comes out. I want to see what they changed what they kept. Nora really bothered me in this book and I felt bad for Patch. I love his character and well everything about him. Nora has a lot going on in this book and she kind of has to find her own way. Patch isn't around much (her own fault there) then she gets mad that he left her. I don't really like Vee much but I didn't like her in the first one either. This book also kind of ruined Nora's mom for me.....just you wait to find out.

What I thought: Well I love this story and I can't wait for the next book to get back to the library. I've been on a YA kick lately and I just can't seem to get enough. This story is amazing and very fast paced. At first I couldn't stand Derek but her really grows on you by the end of the story. I kind of hate all of the adults in this story. This was another 5 star for me. Probable 4.5 but you know how that is sometimes. I love Chloe and felt so bad for her when she got put in the group house. Her dad is not around much and she has been raised by nannies. She never really felt like she fit in anywhere because she is small and young looking for her age. Everyone thinks she is 2 or 3 years younger then she really is. At Lyle House Derek tries to help her realize what she really is but he is.....socially inept and doesn't really know how to help her...so after a while he has his brother Simon try to help her. I get the feeling that Derek really likes her but knows he is too different to really get her so he stands back and lets his brother have her no matter what it cost him.

What I thought: Well this book was a 5 star for me. I loved everything about it. Nora is a pretty girl that never gets much attention because she is too busy studying and spends all her free time with Vee. She life is perfect she has her goals all set up and seems to have everything all planned out. Then in walks Patch...a strange mysterious guy who seems to know way to much about her. He know what colleges she wants to go to. Nora has been thinking that someone has been following her and now she has to wonder if it is the sexy guy who is now her lab partner. He doesn't like sharing anything about himself but he knows everything about her without having to ask. Nora and Vee decide they are going to start digging all the dirt they can find on him....and all the fun begins.

What I thought: Well I really don't know what to say here. I know a lot of people didn't really like this book because of the writing style but for me this book was a five star for me. I loved the story and all of the heart wrenching twist and turns. Her father is the most worthless peice of crap I have ever heard of. It seems thru the book that Kristina never feels like she is worth anything...she doesn't feel like she lives up to the image of her sister the tall gorgeous lesbian....the impression I got is that her mom loves the fact that she is a lesbian cause she doesn't have to worry about her coming home pregnant. It's to the point that Kristina feels the need to apologize for falling in love with a boy. Kristina had never had a boyfriend before and doesn't really know how to act with Buddy/Adam until Bree takes over. Bree is fun loving, carefree and fearless while Kristina is shy, smart, and well kind of afraid of everything. She always wants to do the right thing while Bree always wants to do the reckless thing. When Kristina comes home he life starts spinning out of control. She loses touch with her best friends because as crazy as it sounds Bree finds them boring. She struggles to get back to her old life that she loved so much but Bree always seems to be in the way. She starts fighting with her mom all the time and her step-dad tries to help but he can't seem to get anywhere. He is the first one to realize that Kristina has a real problem. Kristina finds a guy who really cares for her but is it her he loves or is it Bree.

What I thought: Well this was a great book to end the series on...even though I hope it is not done. They threw in a lot of different twist in the book that kept you guessing. I have to say Apollo was my favorite god in this book and I really felt bad for Hermes. Oh yeah and I ended up liking Athena which I didn't think I would. I just loved how they tied it all up but I really don't think I ever what this series to end. You get a happy ending for all the characters and I really do mean all of them.
